I have 36 years of experience in residential and investment real estate brokerage. I have owned and operated RE/MAX and Metro Broker companies for 19 years, and do a good deal of relocation (CRP) and REO/foreclosure transactions (REO Certified) and Short Sales. This experience means that my clients will have a professional advocate and project manager on their team. This experience also means that I have seen most of the issues that can arise in a transaction, and I know how to guide you to a good conclusion.

As a veteran Broker, I have handled all types of property in all price ranges, so I am happy to help you buy or sell first time homes, or multi-million dollar properties. I hold a number of advanced professional designations in real estate, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I am also one of the few Brokers nationally that holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. I am REO Certified, so I can help with short sales and foreclosure purchases and listings.
I offer my services for a reasonable fee and I can help clients in all 5 major Metro Counties and the foothills. I do downtown lofts, horse property and everything in between. I appreciate Broker referrals and always do a great job so you look good.
When I am not helping people conduct real estate, I spend time with my two labs, fly fish, scuba, and other outdoor activities. I love my cabin near the Platte River. I read history and historical fiction books and war history and aviation.
I love risky adventures. I hold a World Record in skydiving, and I have climbed a good number Colorado routes, and Devils Tower in Wyoming. I was a pilot, but it was boring. I would rather fall out of an airplane than fly it. This tendency made my passengers nervous.
