I've been in the financial services arena since 1978. In that time, I've helped people in all kinds of situations-bad credit, bankruptcy's, great credit, purchae, refinance, etc including FHA, VA, conventional, prime & sub-prime-and have always maintained the same approach-YOU as the customer come first. Obviously I don't get paid unless a loan closes but I have turned away customers many times when it was NOT in the customer's best interest to make a loan-meaning that I take the approach of satisfying YOU and then I get the satisfaction of knowing that you are in a better situation as a result. I can't guarantee that I can make every loan possible-but with the lenders (including a number of banks) that we represent-if I can't make the loan, it most likely can't be done. My personal office is staffed by me and my processor (who happens to be my wife) and we take care of our customers in a manner that many people like but don't get-we treat our customers like a member of our family....and we all know how important our family is to each and every one of us.
