I have been in the mortgage business for the last 17 years. I work w/ many first time buyers and I am able to offer accurate information about the Grants a buyer is eligible for. We participate in the FHLB and the Maryland Mortgage Program. FHA, VA, USDA, 203K full and Streamline and Conventional Loan programs are the main products we offer. We have available 95% and 90% LTV loans with NO monthly Mortgage insurance. I participate in The Women's Council of Realtors. for the Baltimore County Chapter and am also active with the State as well. Locally I participate in a BNI Network group as well.
