In my experience real estate agents have been demanding, spoiled, and don't want to do any leg work. Ari is the exception!!! She wanted to help sell my house and worked with me to get it ready for sale. She didn't just bark orders at me. She knew I was busy and she was willing and able to do the leg work for me. She actually found me a plumber/water heater guy because she knew I was too busy and delaying a repair would delay the sale. She found me a painter because she knew I was busy and delaying the paint job would delay the sale. She basically liaisoned multiple relationships to help support getting the house ready. She worked with the tenants who were residing in the house to ensure open houses were performed per their needs/schedules. Ari is down to earth, easy to talk to, and funny to boot!

Ari was assistant to my main realtor in the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new home. Ari was very informed on the neighborhoods and towns I was doing my house search because she was raised locally in the area. That is critical for a person to be from the area who has a first hand knowledge of the neighborhood and its history. After the purchase of my new home, Ari continued to help out in answering questions and aligning contractors. This dedication goes beyond the final purchase. At times when the sale was being finalized, it was very stressful and she kept a level head and was objective through the whole process. It is good to have such a dedicated professional to work with.
