With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marketing, I have a deep understanding of people and what it takes to sell or buy a home. Prior to moving to Portland in 1999 I spent 3 years working for 2nd Congressional District Congressman Greg Walden and his predecessor Bob Smith. During my time working as a Congressional Liaison I learned the importance of answering questions and addressing the concerns of the public. I feel very strongly that if a question is not fully answered and the process not fully explained that the confusion could result in errors and even loss.
Following my move to Portland I managed a 40-person call center. This experience in customer service enforced my beliefs in the importance of not just addressing the needs of my clients but going the extra mile to ensure that all parties are completely satisfied with the results of their purchase and sale.
