Leadership in today's real estate

As a homeowner your home may represent a substantial potion of your net worth. In today's real estate, who represents you in the sale of your home is important to your overall success. Not to mention the person you hire will be entrusted in carrying out the sale of what might be your  single largest investment. Trust, integrity and commitment all will be paramount in carrying out that goal. As an experienced professional, I can assure my clients that they will be getting the very best representation by an agent with significant resume of accomplishment.  In the last quater of this year I have more than 2 million dollars of home sales in contract. I formally served as Mayor Michael R Bloomberg's representative to Staten Island. During my tenure with the Bloomberg Administration, I was actively involved with real estate issues and policy recommendations, all of which were instrumental in shaping the future of real estate locally.

I was entrusted in advising the Bloomberg administration on various aspects of Staten Island's real estate environment, including its impacts on quality of life, city infrastructure, aesthetic quality and it's overall economic impact. Additionally, I was involved in very local issues involving real estate, two of which garnered major editorials in the Staten Island Advance ( Keyspan's Clifton toxic site remediation, , Tottenville landmarks).

In 2004,   I was appointed along with 15 other individuals by New York City's Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg as a representative on Staten Island's Growth Management Task Force. Serving along side top city commissioners, elected officials, and the professional real estate community, the historic taskforce was Staten Island's only major taskforce  created by a New York City Mayor to recommend major policy changes effecting real estate and development.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional, integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, high-quality professional network, and a track record of success, all of which are hallmarks of my experience. That said, in my experience as a Staten Island real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach, and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and effectively. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Ultimately, delivering results for clients is paramount. As committed and trusted as I was to representing the interests of one of today's most respected leaders, is as committed as I will be in getting you the results you need on life's biggest asset, your home. So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Staten Island , please contact me.
