A native Californian who grew up in Palos Verdes surrounded by her horses, dogs, and goat; Aniz learned the rigors of Real Estate sales from her Realtor mother who served the Palos Verdes area.

At 17 years old, Aniz enrolled in Long Beach State University earning her Bachelor of Science in Financial Investments in 1978.  Shortly after graduation, she became a licensed Real Estate Broker and began successfully serving the communities of Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and surrounding Orange County.  Then, lured by the challenge of another aspect of the Real Estate industry, Aniz founded a successful Mortgage Brokerage where she was the top producer for several wholesale lenders.

Her in-depth knowledge of the lending market and the analytical ability to crunch the numbers, offer her clients an in-depth view of their specific situation.  These skills, combined with her expertise of the Real Estate Market, provide the perspective and the confidence for her clients to make their most important financial decision with peace of mind. She has a thirst for continued education and keeps up with Department of Real Estate changes, recently earning her HAFA (Housing Affordability Foreclosure Alternative) Certification.

Aniz owns her home in Costa Mesa where she has lived for the past twelve years, and an apartment building in the downtown area of Huntington Beach.  She has a passion for golf and earned a Johnnie Walker International Hole-In-One Award.  In addition to golf, Aniz practices yoga and is fond of relaxing in the local wet lands to enjoy the wildlife; her favorites are Talbert Nature Preserve and Fairview Park.  Look outside and you have a good chance of seeing Aniz on her bike during one of her frequent rides through Costa Mesa.
