I have been in the Real Estate and Mortgage business for over 20 years. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker however I choose to work only in the lending sector of Real Estate. My motto is: What ever you do, do it 100% . I have a Master's in Human Behavior and am very active in the community. I belong to the Ridgecrest Chamber of Commerce and I am on the Board of Directors for the Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce. I am the Treasurer of the American Association of University Women. For the last two years I have been team capitan for Relay for Life. I believe in helping in the community whenever I can. And I also enjoy community service.
I enjoy working with first time home buyers as well as experienced home buyers. I believe in Customer Service and staying in close communication with the Realtor as well as the client. Communication is the key to success.
I specialize in hard to do loans, ie, manufactured home, 100% financing, buyers with no money down, buyers with no reserves. I can (sometimes) help improve the clients credit through rapid rescore. I specialize in working closely with my clients, answering questions, making sure they do not worry. My experience can help guide them through the home buying process.
