I, Angie Bailey have been in the Real Estate / Mortgage Banking industry for over 12 years and have assisted Realtors with getting their properties ready for sale for more than 6 years. My education is in Marketing & Retail /Business Administration., Art & Design. I am an "ASP "accredited Home Staging Professional. I earned this accreditation under STAGEDHOMES.COM, Barb Schwartz, I also have trained with "The Staging Diva" , Debra Gould Six elements inc. I am a memeber of the IAHSP and a memeber of our Charlotte NC Regional Chapter of professional home stagers as well. My knowledge of the Real Estate market here in North Carolina is a great asset to my business.
My company is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance. I strive to meet my clients needs, goals and to exceed their expectations. Home Staging /Redesign is all about giving the home a "fresh" look. My goal is to set the stage for your home to attract more potential buyers. I work to create an emotional connection between the home and the potential buyer. This helps the home sell faster and possibly for more than the asking price. I remind my clients that the home they are living in is not the same home they are selling; You have to look at your home as a product up on a shelf... it needs to be detailed and Q-tip clean. Staging is not designing it is depersonalizing in order to attract a buyer.

As a home Stager I work with Realtors, Home Sellers,Property Managers, Builders, and New Homeowners. Home Staging/ Redesign service is a great marketing tool for Realtors to attain listings. I have Staged homes that have sold in 3 - 5 days of putting it on the market and for more than the list price. I have a good track record of getting my staged homes under contract quickly.
I not only stage Owner Occupied homes but Vacant homes as well. I give Consultations, Color Consultation, help with Curb Appeal, Declutter, help Organize, Shop and even do Holiday decor for those that are just wanting a little helping hand around the holidays. Moving to that nice new home and need help placing your furnishings? I do that too.

In general, buyers decide within the first 30 seconds of entering a property whether or not they are interested. That is why home staging is so important, as it allows the home to be presented in the best possible light in an effort to WOW prospective buyers.
