In 2001, Tonya established a virtual business support firm utilizing her knowledge and experience gained in the finance division of a Fortune 500 company.  She has consulted in the establishment and support of small business entrepreneurships, corporate business credit, and enhancing personal and business cash flow through real estate and afflilate marketing.

By 2005, the once small proprietorship had become a corporation with four distinct divisions including a real estate investing firm controlling over $1.2M in real estate.  In this same year, she founded Premier Commercial Loans, a national commercial mortgage brokerage licensed in 42 states.  Premier Commercial Loans mission is to provide the cash and resources to help finance business growth, development and corporate wealth through real estate investing. 

Now...2012

Tonya Armour continues to utilize her investing, mortgage and business background as a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent

with Wright's Realty Group of Georgia.  

In addition, she continues to manage and oversee the daily operations of All Needs, Premier Commercial Loans and Anointed Properties, a real estate holding firm of commercial retail plazas.
