Having been a successful coach, builder/contractor, developer and businessman during his career, Art Lambert is now working for Coldwell Banker/Resort Realty in Sandpoint, Idaho. A resident of Sandpoint since 1977, Art was in the real estate business as an agent in the early 1980's and has a great knowledge of the area regarding housing, commercial real estate and large acreages.

Art began his building career in the San Francisco bay area before moving to Sandpoint in 1977. Subsequently, he and his son built numerous homes and multi-family dwellings in the Bonner county area. He brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to the real estate arena.

As a coach, Art has coached at all levels of competition, winning state championships at the high school and junior college level, and national championships at the NCAA and AAU level. He has coached in two Olympic Games, Mexico City in 1968 and Munich in 1972 where his team took home the bronze medal. He also coached in the 1967 Pan American games team where his team won the gold medal. In addition to his duties as a realtor, since 1991 Art has devoted his spare time to coaching a club volleyball team, where his athletes have garnered over 3 million dollars in collegiate athletic scholarships all of whom resided in the North Idaho area.

Art is married to Mary Jo and they are the parents of 2 boys and 2 girls, all of whom are married and living in the Northwest.
