I love to solve puzzles and read mysteries. I love a challenge and to strategize. I love systems that work and finding new ways to improve those systems. I love my family, hiking, people, reading and learning. Why do all these things make me a great Realtor ®? Every real estate journey is different for so many reasons. From the people involved to the property being bought or sold we never see the same thing twice, no matter how long we are in the business. Every one handles excitement and stress differently and therefore we adapt and change to every situation brought in front of us. I see all these scenarios as puzzles and mysteries we are going to solve together. We have all the pieces and we know what it is supposed to look like at the end. The fun part is putting all the pieces together to form a beautiful picture, with as little stress and as much enjoyment as possible!

Christie was referred to us by a family member. In addition to having all the qualities that are incumbent on being a respected real estate professional, specifically a high level of morality, Christie is also a very enjoyable person to be around. Buying and selling homes are stressful transactions with tons of intracies and things that can go wrong. Christie really did a great job of keeping track of the details for us. She went above and beyond and handled communications and helped with relationships of third parties involved in the transaction. Many times I knew it was my responsibility to make some of those contacts, and Christie, at my request, did them for me. I never want to buy or sell another home, I simply hate the process. But if I had to do it again, Christie would be my only call. She is a tremendous professional and a wonderful person to be around

We were referred to Christie by a friend and we were not disappointed! Christie helped us with our first time home purchase and walked us through every step. She helped us negotiate getting a major issue repaired that came back on the home inspection which was a huge deal for us! My husband and I spent several years looking for the right house; we’re picky buyers. Luckily, we trusted Christie Ellis with our home search. Month after month, she set up viewings and promptly answered every question we could think of. Every. Single. One. Just as we were on the cusp of losing hope and calling off the search, I came across a home that seemed to tick all the boxes. Within an hour, Christie had an appointment. The house was perfect, and we made an offer. As it turns out, an accepted offer is only the beginning of a potentially stress-inducing process of ups and downs. We still had to sell our own home! Christie sprang into action to get our house prepped, photographed and listed. Within two days, we had five offers and an accepted deal over the asking price. Yes, over the asking price! Through appraisals and inspections on both properties, Christie acted as a trusted guide. Christie clearly understands that buying a new home isn’t just the biggest financial decision most of us will ever make. It’s also a tremendous emotional decision. With this in mind, Christie’s professionalism and expertise are surpassed only by her level of compassion.
