Get to Know Alex Giannetti
After spending years working in the restaurant industry and battling the freeway system, I felt there had to be a better way. I started reading Robert Kiyosaki's book CashFlow Quadrant and my life completely changed. Not since the bible had a single book so impacted my life. So, in 2004 My wife and I started buying real estate investment properties and I kinda fell in love with the real estate business. Being the numbers nerd that I am I decided that mortgages were a good fit for me. I used my marketing and branding expertise from my prior experience and created Chino Hills Mortgage Man. So here I am, your trusted neighborhood lender.
My wife Stacie and I have been married for over 10 years. We have 4 boys together - ages 21, 18, 7 & 5. We have been very involved in their lives as they moved through the local schools. Ayala Basketball, Chino Hills Cross Country, AYSO Soccer, YMCA Basketball and Little League and Pony Baseball have all had to endure our presence, and still do.

I specialize in making sure that your mortgage needs are met. Notice that I did not say your mortgage wants. I have often and will continue to NOT do a loan for anyone who truly cannot afford it. Through this 'mortgage meltdown' I have slept quite soundly as my commitment not only to you, but to me is to make sure that honesty and integrity prevail in all I do.
