My interest in real estate began in early 2006; when my Mom advised me to invest in raw land. Who knew that following her advice would lead to many wonderful opportunities where I would eventually pursue a career, and not just dabble in a hobby I found very interesting.
I have always been intrigued with homes- the various types, styles and overall functionality; or lack thereof. As well as, what makes one home more valuable or desired over another.
My real estate career experiences include; working with home buyers and sellers; as well as renters.
When representing sellers, it is always my goal get top dollar for their home regardless of "market conditions", and provide concierge services in the purchase of their new home....whether they are moving across the country, out of the country or across the street.
When representing Buyers....my priority is to first locate the best neighborhood that fits your lifestyle...then 'pin-point' a home that's perfect for you.
I also help tenants secure a rental that's comfortable, and meet their needs until they're ready to buy a home.

Originally from The Bahamas; my childhood consisted of an adventurous "island life". Florida's close proximity made for frequent trips to Miami, and later I found myself "toggling" between the two tropical shores.
In search of something different; latter years led me to attend college in Atlanta, where I ultimately obtained my real estate license in 2006.
Having lived in the Atlanta area for almost 20 years; I have resided in Cobb, Clayton, Fulton, and Gwinnett Counties. As a result; I am quite familiar with the majority of communities and the lifestyles each of them provide.
Being a transplant and moving to a city where I literally did not know anyone, made researching and exploring the 'ins and outs' of neighborhoods my main goal.
I was also raising my son; so finding the best neighborhoods and school districts became a priority. As well as monitoring home values and housing market trends.
Today; that same priority remains with me as I help my clients buy, and sell homes or acquire investment property as part of their retirement plan.
