Bill Davies has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate in the North San Francisco Bay Area and the Central Sacramento Valley of California. As a multi-line broker from 1983 to 1994, representing tenants and landlords in both Napa and Solano Counties, Bill was exclusive leasing agent for many well-known Napa Valley properties, among them, Alexandria Square in Napa, Washington Square in Yountville and Vintner's Village in St. Helena. In addition, Bill represented both buyers and sellers on several Napa Valley landmarks, including the former JC Penney property in downtown Napa.
In 1994, Bill and his wife, Dedra, purchased two franchised pizza operations and later formed their own payroll business that provided services to that same nationally franchised company. Upon his return to the real estate world in 2003, Bill and his family took up residence in the foothills of Calaveras County, opening a satellite office for NAI/BT Commercial, conducting sales and marketing efforts for the multi-family rental markets in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties.
In 2005, Bill was invited to join a major nationwide net branching company to assist in the organization of that company's commercial loan division. Actively involved in the development of department guidelines, product type and launch, he helped guide company production and introduction of commercial lending to a company roster of 50,000+ residential loan officers. Scenario analysis is his specialty.
Bill is also a CCIM Candidate, the prestigious industry designation denoting a higher standard of excellence, is currently in the process of reacquiring his California Real Estate Broker's license, and has also been a licensed California Insurance Broker. Added together, his extensive real estate and business backgrounds provide his clients with a unique perspective on their property investments and lending capabilities.
McIntosh and Bell Commercial Funding has its' home base in California and we originate commercial loans nationwide. Much of our business is a result of broker referrals received from across the country for their clients remote to their locations. Because we specialize in small balance loans, we can help a large variety of borrowers with just about any property type, vacancy issues or condition problems that the banks won't touch. For those borrowers with strong financials and properties we'll place their loans with the more traditional sources. We also have a good stable of private money lenders for those borrowers that don't meet conventional guidelines.
McIntosh and Bell is a correspondent for several major banks and conventional lenders so we can offer borrowers quality loan products at often better than the going rate. We're not a company that promises the moon and settles for half way, but we do promise quality service, in-house processing and attention to a borrower's needs.
