Real Estate Lead Generation I got my real estate licence and began selling real estate in 2005. As someone new to the area, I had no sphere of influence or way to generate business. I built my first real estate website in hopes that I could find some busines by having people searching Logan Homes for Sale online contact me. It worked very well. In my first full year of real estate I had 18 transactions, almost all of them were buyer leads I had acquired from my website. In 2007 I had more business than I could handle from my websites and got partner agents within my brokerage to help me work the leads. In 2008 I partnered with a brand new brokerage, Cornerstone Real Estate Professionals, and focused on real estate lead generation for them. Cornerstone Real Estate Professionals now is the number one real estate brokerage in Cache County Utah, and performs almost twice as many buyer side transactions as any other local brokerage. In April of 2011 we formed the company Boomerang Leads, and now help real estate agents all over the United States. After building great websites, we then focus on getting these websites traffic, and generating leads for our clients. We then help them convert these leads into clients, and clients into closings.

I graduated from Ricks Junior College with an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems, and graduated as part of the first ever BYU-Idaho 4 year graduating class in 2002, with a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in marketing.
