Andrea Roylance is a Senior Loan Officer at Intercap Lending licensed in Utah, Idaho, California, Colorado, and Wyoming. She has an excellent understanding of FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Utah Housing, and Renovation loans. She is an expert on Construction to Permanent Loans and is licensed to do business in Utah, California, Colorado, Idaho, and Wyoming.

Before joining the Intercap team, she worked as a Senior Loan Officer for Movement Mortgage and prior to that, Bank of Utah. She also managed several loan offices for Citi in Utah and New Mexico. She has been working in the world of banking and finance for over 20 years. With her vast knowledge of the industry, she improves the lives of customers, Realtors, and people in her community.

Andrea can often be found on Cache Valley Association of Realtors events, teaching mortgage and real estate continuing education classes, and at Women’s Council of Realtor events. In 2018 she was awarded the Cache Valley Women’s Council of Realtors Strategic Partner of the Year for her time and efforts to help this organization with its massive membership growth. Those who know her would say she’s full of energy, ideas, and always has a smile on her face. She’s also a great resource when you have mortgage questions.

Andrea grew up in Clearfield, UT. She stayed active in her youth and was always playing one sport or another. Now her favorite pastimes are reading, hitting the movie theater to catch the latest flick, or traveling to new places with her family. Her husband is a Cache Valley native and talked her into moving their family to the beautiful Cache Valley area in 2012. They’ve made many friends and now call this place home.
