I would like to welcome all of you who have inquired as to my Company. Many mortgage and real estate brokers, lenders, builders and others know and love to work with my Company and I hope we will soon be able to assist all of you who read this. My title and escrow Company is located on the corner of Lee Boulevard and Joan Avenue North in Lehigh Acres.
Personally, I am a certified paralegal and have an Associates Degree in legal technology, specializing in real estate and family law. I have spent over 30 years in the real estate and title industry as a paralegal and a licensed closing/title agent. Since opening Aaccurate Title Services, I have combined my extensive legal, real estate and title background to that of my highly trained and professional staff so that we may provide you with the best service and protection for all of your title needs.
Aaccurate Title Services is located in a small town with small town friendliness, but our clients are nationwide. If the party(ies) are located in the southwest Florida area, we can perform the closings in our offices or, if you prefer, at the office of the real estate agent, mortgage broker or lender. If anyone is located outside of the southwest Florida area, we can handle any closing via overnight mailaways. Of course, we can handle all of your residential and commercial title needs for all property located anywhere in the State of Florida.
We all know this is a stressful business and there are always monetary concerns and emotions run high when handling closings. Whether you are a professional in the field or are buying, selling or refinancing property, there is nothing more valuable than going to a title company who can serve you with respect, honesty and confidence.
