| Alicia was our agent as first time home sellers. The very day that she started, she had our home listed on multiple real estate and social media websites. She hosted an open house every week until the house was under contract. She spent a lot of time researching the local market and advising us on what the list price should be, but also spent an equal amount of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions so that we felt comfortable. In the end, our home was one of the first to sale in the neighborhood and we were extremely satisfied with all of her hard work. Thanks again Alicia! |

| I moved from out of State, never been to VA. Alicia was like a breath of fresh air working. She had everything set up (viewing, prices, available, etc.) not once, did I feel frustrated with finding a new place. Alicia made my transition very smooth. I recommend her, she's the best Realtor I've ever dealt with. |

| Alicia Utz is Awesome! I met her a little over a year ago, shortly after I moved to Virginia. My husband and I had been working with another realtor for a couple of MONTHS and finally decided that he wasn't truly listening to what our needs were and that we needed to find another realtor. One evening while looking online I found a property that I was interested in, so I requested more information, even though I didn't think I would get a response. However, within a matter of minutes Alicia gave me a call! She was so responsive that the very next day she had a list of houses that fit our needs and we were off to go look, by the second day we had signed a lease! Bottom line, she listened to what I was needing and she found it quickly (and it wasn't the one that I originally asked about). My husband and I feel so confindent in her ability to represent us that we have returned to her to assist us with the upcoming purchase of our new home! |
