The last broker I was at used them and we were all so happy when we moved to another IDX provider. Within a month of moving, we had clients actually using the search on our site and not zillow. We also saw a big increase in traffic from google with our new vendor.
Worse IDX We've Ever Used

When we changed website providers, we were given two IDX options. One didn't cover our MLS, so we were forced to go with Diverse Solutions. Their service has been HORRIBLE. It takes 24 hours for new listings to full feed into the system when it took our last IDX 15 mins to 1 hour. Now, they are have "Load Data Errors" ...

I enrolled in this program almost 2 years ago and it has been a great disappointment. First of all, you are lucky if you reach anyone in their service department if you have a problem. I've had IDXPress for my WP blog for sometime. It works well allowing the ability to create custom searches to go with a blog post. You can make the search as specific as you need and include it as a link or as a map to show multiple listings at a time.
