I use a variety of enewsetter campaign software for my clients.
Constant Contact only allows you to host under 10 pictures. That means every time you want to add a new picture for your newsletters or emails, you have to copy it to another program, copy the URL and then use that URL to link to the picture. Major...

It is a quick way to get the word out. Many of my aquaintances use it to promote new listings and some of the brokers use it as a recruiting tool! At a reasonable cost it only needs to work once to justify the expense! Looking for quick exposure, look no farther!

I was doing it monthly but it takes me between 3 and 5 hours to put one together, Doing research, running numbers on the local market etc etc. So I've been lacks lately and still try to put out a bi-monthly e-newsletter. I just wish it was easier. And i've been using Constant conta...

No, I'd never recommend Constant Contact

I'll agree with Debbie that it was easy to use, but...
They failed to mention that I needed to check the stats after every mailing and manually remove any "bad" email addresses. These are addresses that were legitimate when you got them, but the people have moved on and the addresses are no longer valid.

The customer service was very good but if you missed the deadline for new entries, there is nothing that can be done. Which in turn is understandable. Overall, it was okay.

I used to use Constant Contact (now my company takes care of this for me). I thought it was a wonderful way to stay top of mind w/ customers. We had over 2,200 contacts in there and I would try to send monthly. It looked great and you could preview it before sending. I got great results. Every time it was sent, i ...

Constant Contact- a good way to start

I started using Constant Contact when I started my Home Staging Company. I had no idea what I was doing but I found the customer service there very helpful and patient.
I ended up importing my contacts by hand, though because when I tried to import them via the .csv format I had to go back to each one to make chan...

We have 1,000 e-mail addresses who receive this letter. Constant Contact bounced us because of 12 complaints. 12 out of 1,000. When asked they said, they would accep...

Constant Contact - Easy to use and great deliverability
Submitted on 07/06/2013
I have used many different CRM's in the last 5 years. Constant Contact seems to be the best that I can find. Their system is one of the easiest to use and the customer support is very responsive. In addition to the ease of the system, I find that their firm stance on spam helps with the amount of emails that are delive...

This product is used by many agents in my area to advertise their listings and house opens to agents in the MD/VA/DC area.
Positives are the agents with little to no tech skills have a resource to spread the word about new listings and open house activities.
Negatives are the cost. An agent friend used Constant ...
