Technical Issues are becoming a problem

I love this program but in the past few months their system has gotten very wonky and the developers can't seem to fix the problems in a timely manner. This has caused a major disruption in my follow up campaigns and I may need to find another solution if they don't repair the system soon.

Happy again

Celeste Grupman with Happy Grasshopper sent me a message with an apology and said my free account had been reinstated. I checked and HG has also initiated a refund to my credit card. Apparently, there was a glitch with their billing.
I have been using their service for 4.5 years, and now I am happy with them again.
