I need a lender that doesn't require seasoning on flips.  Do we have in Takers?  I am located in the central part of North Carolina.  

Has anyone worked with  a company called (iVisionary Financial Solutions) - This is a  company that offers Transactional Funding, They offer funds for investors to close on a purchase in the morning and then sell the same home and close to a New buyer in the afternoon. Any Help would be Great.
