Yes sir.  The more things change the more they stay the same.  Market in Tampa has turned to a "Buyer's Market" and this is the place to buy.  Prices have dropped dramatically and inventory levels are beyond anything we have seen in years.  Take the foreclosures, short sales, and pre-foreclosures...
