Just a reminder: for the year 2009, FHA down payment has increased from 3% to 3.5%. There is still a 6% seller concession allowed, but the minimum buyer investment has increased. Things that havent changed; 100% of the down payment may be in the form of gift funds. Also, non-occupant co-borrowers...
