Central Ohio Home Inspector

Unfortunately, this bill never made it to the Ohio Senate floor for a vote, therefore there is no licensing of home inspectors in Ohio.  Maybe next year will see it pass.  Thank you to all those who contacted their State Senator for support.

 A number of inspectors are beginning to use infrared cameras for inspections.  Are you using one?  What are the pros and cons?
