The average online home buyer will not look at a home unless it has a Virtual Tour. We ask why is that? Studies show the online buyers are wanting to get a feel of the home a Virtual Tour allows them to feel like they are right there. If you are trying to market the online buyer you will need a good Virtual Tour, not to mention you will get more listings because you will be able to offer a marketing package that is designed to sell homes.
