I have sold 6 homes in the last 2 months, super busy lately. Anyone else having a great year?

This year is going great for me.  I only hope it will stay steady throughout the rest of 2010.  It seems like many agents I've talked with recently are getting more activity too.

This market is definitely improved for me this year, anyone else feeling the extra business being back?
