Nashville TN is an exciting city with many things to do. There are many restaurants, several colleges and universities, and sports. Sports include professional football (Titans), hockey (Predators), and baseball (Nashville Sounds). A special niche is seniors who want to downsize. We can talk to you confidentially and share knowledge and ideas on how to proceed. We have a network of cleaners, painters, gardeners, and handy people. We never rush our clients to make a decision, as we work on your schedule, not ours. We can refer you to private lenders, mortgage lenders, and other vendors in the area. And, of course, we never accept a fee for the referral to a vendor or lender. Even though vendors come highly recommended to us, or we have had personal experience with their work, you should always interview them and get other references and come to your own comfort level with them before contracting.

Some of us sellers still hold the selling philosophy to put a higher list price on the property than we think we will get, because ‘we can always come down but we can't go up.'Here are a couple of thoughts on that reasoning: 1, Yes, maybe that worked several years ago but I am not sure it works n...
