1. the best investments in the coming year in southern California will be made in Moreno Valley. SFR's Built in 2005-2007, and are now all short sales. Currently they are priced at 300-350k from 1500-2800 square feet. Once that range drops another 50k, it is time to start gobbling them up.

In general my blog will consist of predictions. Everyone can talk about what they new was going to happen, but it is much harder to post what will happen. So, I will attempt to do so on a regular basis, and use it as a score card as to how accurate I am.
