I have a condo that i would do a owner carry on it is in Water Valley. i have tenants in place that pay $900 a month and have a year lease in place. I could carry back 10% so you wouldn't have to put any down. It is a two bedroom two bath really nice.

Short sales take to much time! i have been working on a short sale now for a month and 10 days and the bank still dosn't have a good answer for me. So we wait! I just don't understand why the bank doesn't figure out if they don't take my offer they will be short another 20k
