I have been a resident in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1997. I moved to the Southwest (Rhodes Ranch area) of the Las Vegas Valley in 2002. I have watched the area grow from barren desert to a thriving community. The downward trend continues! Only 885 Residential Building Permits were pulled for the month of November. New sales were 2829 units in November, up slightly from October's 2606 units. The median new home price rose 11.3% for the same 12 month period but 366 high end high rise condo units closed ...
