Since late 2006 154 major lenders have went out of business. This is an astranomical number, but just like with any thing what goes up fast, comes down even faster. Even though these business have all gone under there are still thousands out there standing strong.

This article is for all the Real Estate Agents out there who are weary about the 100% Loan.
