Come on everyone, Look at the mainland and the prices for appraisals there . You will find that Hawaii is the most expensive. my question is why. Cost of living in California is just as high, yet standard appraisals are $350.00 Some areas are in the 200s for a quick/easy condominium. I shopped ...
