If you haven't guessed by now, foreclosures are getting WORSE!!! Just as predicted, the rate of REO's lenders are carrying are up 33% from January to April of 2008. More than at any point during the current mortgage crisis, lenders are willing to drop prices significantly. But, Quite frankly........
