It is a sunny Friday in the Flathead. Whitefish Mountain Resort ends this awesome season on Sunday. The annual Pond Skim event is on Saturday. People dress up and use all kids of contraptions to get down to a pond on skis or whatever and try and skim across without sinking in the icy cold water.
