HUD FLIP RULE IS OVER..YEAH!

It is about time this rule took place..This never made since to me...most of the time the investors that bought these homes would repair all problems with the property... in fact some would even be staged. I just could not get over the fact that lenders would lend on homes that had.. mold, no car...
