With oil trading downward somewhat this morning, Standard & Poor's futures were trading up slightly ealy on despite yesterday's tragedy in Brussels.  With bond market closing at 2 PM tomorrow and both the stock and bond markets closed on Friday, trading is beginning to slow to a pre-holiday pace....
