Do you know what is for sale in the city of Norfolk besides residential real estate?  How about the World Trade Center.  The assessed value is $37.5 million  and its biggest tenant is gone in 2010.  No wonder they want to sell it.  How about Town Point Center which has a $9.76 million assessment....
