I had to look at how sales of vacant land were doing so far in 2009 in the Lake Chelan area.So far this year, we've had 16 sales, with a median value of $110,000, the high value is $305,000 and the lowest cost land sale this year was $51,000.  Total sales of lots and land ytd in 2009: $2,104,950....
