My daughter is in the 8th grade, she has to write a book about herself, it is called The Me Story or something like that. One thing about it is she can only do it at school, can't bring it home. She has to use the school's computer to do this project, with limited websites they are allowed to use. One of the topic of this book is write about the person she admires the most.

Guess who she picks? ME! Her mom! Aww, that's sweet of her, lol. BUT, she needs a picture of me to put in that book that she can find on a website and can't upload any pictures from Facebook or personal file. Then her light bulb comes on. She Googles me.........she puts Rita Fong in the search box, and voila, I am the first of page 1 under

"In June of 2010, I received a referral alert on ActiveRain from John Keene, an agent in Denver CO. John was looking for an agent here in Phoenix to help his sister sell and buy a new home. I was happy to take on the challenge! I spoke with Jodie and Albert before our appointment, and we spoke about the market conditions, tips on staging her home to sell, and their goals and expectations. Although they were homeowners, they had bought their first home (which I was selling) from their mom, and really were first-time sellers and buyers. They had a lot of questions, especially in a market with high foreclosures and short sales.

Jodie and Albert's home showed beautifully, and stood out among the short sales and foreclosures in the area.
