I was having problems getting a client qualified. Good credit, but just low on cash. I read a blog from a lender about a program he was using. I called my favorite lender, told him about it and in two days we had a loan that worked for my client. Without the AR lender blog, I would have lost the sale! Thanks Active Rain! Keep up the good work.

I have also had several referrals that with out My Active Rain friends I would not have received.

The seller after interviewing several agents called me back and had me do his listing. After my initial presentation, I gave him the localism site so he could read my blogs. He said that the blogs gave him a feeling of trust and friendship.

Active Rain again Rules. I had a call from an out of state seller. "What is Active Rain?" The caller asked. Asfter my explanation, I was asked to list a rental home.
My profile was one of the first to pop up. It doesn't get any better than that.
