6/13/2009 --- I feel compelled to include here in my success story the depth of professional friendship that I have developed. When I posted about ideas for reaching my goal of 100,000 points by June 15, 2009, the response was overwhelming. The AR friends came to my rescue with all types of ideas. So, with the help of these special people including The Active Rain Business Booster group, I am reaching that goal early. I joined AR in Sept. 2008, but never did anything with it until end of Jan 2009 --- so I have achieved the 100,000 points in less than 5 months.
As I have said earlier, the contacts for the growth of my business as well as the education from AR is invaluable.

8/30/09 -- this past week, I received a referral from Claude in Charlotte --- he would never have know about me except for Active Rain --- thanks Claude and thanks, Active Rain.

11/12/09 Last week, someone called to come to Charleston to talk with us regarding the purchase of a franchise -- they had been seeing my AR post on AgentOwned ---- thanks AR

1/9/2010 -- this week because of befriending a real estate agent in Mt Pleasant SC here on AR, I was able to get her at least talk to me about AgentOwned Realty -- before she would not even return my call.

Also, this week, there was another real estate agent with a competitor who the first time I called him was so cold - almost rude -- this time, because we have become friends on AR, he was extremely nice and agreed to meet for coffee. Thanks AR

3-20-2010 --- this week, I received an Active Rain contact from a potential agent -- I was so excited -- I met with this gentleman and we had an awesome interview. His name is Ken Webb -- not only is he interested in joining AgentOwned Realty, but he is very excited about Active Rain -- so, we will have a new member and one who will be active and great to have in our AR family. This is my first contact from AR from an potential agent -- THANKS SO MUCH, AR -- Ken & I bonded right away -- it was destiny. He had Googled and found me via AR."
