Maybe it’s just me, but so many within the real estate industry are promoting the newest technology that being AI and saying AI is the future.  Hmm I heard the same things about many products such as toys to even cleaning products in the past and I will not go into all the predictions (failed) about the climate. One of most frequent complaints I have received when showing homes listed by other real estate agents is the photographs.
