I just never know when business will come and from there.  I mailed a post card to a farm area in January of Free Days for the year and got a phone call from a resident.  I was there in February for a listing appt.  He interview 4 Realtor and he called me a week later and I got the listing but he still had things to do on the house and we agree April 11 it would go on the market.  Well he was having some surgery and called for it to go on the Market May 1.  That okay, I need listings then also.I door hang in farm areas and got a called over a year ago from a resident.  They want to move to North Dakota and wanted to do some work on the home first.  I stay in contact and they said they are getting there.  Well they called this week and to come on out on Friday.  I did a CMA update and me... 04/20/2024
